We’re writing to let you know about a small upcoming change to our service pricing. From Monday, 30 March 2026, a Temporary Fuel Levy will be added to pool service visits.
As a mobile pool servicing business, rising fuel costs are affecting the cost of getting our team out on the road each day. While we always work hard to keep our pricing fair and consistent, the recent increase in fuel costs means we now need to introduce a temporary additional charge to help cover these exceptional costs.
From 30 March 2026, the levy will be:
This charge will appear on your invoice as Temporary Fuel Levy.
Please be assured this is a temporary measure only. We will continue to review fuel costs regularly and will reduce or remove the levy once costs return to more normal levels.
