CRFPS Announces Leadership Expansion

And Exciting Growth Ahead

At CRFPS, our story has always been about people: our customers, our team, and the communities we’re proud to serve across Tamworth, Gunnedah, Quirindi, and Armidale.

Over the past few years, CRFPS has experienced rapid growth; a reflection of the trust our customers place in us and the hard work of our incredible team. With this expansion, we recognise that we have not always been able to consistently deliver our usual high level of service and expertise. To ensure that excellence remains at the heart of everything we do, we are refining our management structure and workflow so that our service remains outstanding for everyone, everywhere.

Founders Colin and Cham will have to step away from day-to-day operations over the coming months as Colin undergoes spinal surgery. This is a serious procedure, and while recovery will take time, we are hopeful for a strong outcome and look forward to seeing both Colin and Cham back in the store in the New Year.

In anticipation of future growth, Colin and Cham have also strengthened the leadership team, personally selecting an experienced and trusted group of Directors to continue leading CRFPS with the same values and dedication our customers know and trust:

While Colin and Cham will step back from operational roles during this period, they will remain involved as Founding Directors, providing their experience and guidance to continue to shape the direction and spirit of CRFPS alongside their fellow Directors.
